This is me. Right this second. I wish I were capable of saying "I KNOW you need to run 18 miles, Courtney, but if you got out and ran 4, that would be better than the none you're doing while perusing your friend's blogs, because you are cold and tired."
I need to get over my all or none stress, because I am missing out on a lot of little runs by being so definitive...
